Christmas is already over, but we found our favorite ice cream shop in Berlin still has the Italian Christmas cake. The texture is rather dry, not as dense as the German Christmas cake. It tastes lighter and here it’s served with mascarpone cream and vanilla ice cream. Perfetto!
